Question: What kind of music will we be listening to?
Answer: Popular culture and children’s favourites along with some classics too. For example, ‘The Chicken Song’, ‘Reach for the Stars’, ‘Do the Locomotion’ and other favourite songs with actions and current chart songs aimed at the younger market by pop bands and chart toppers. There will be no tunes with any foul language or adult content.

Question: Who will be supervising this event?
Answer: We have employed staff members from a local well known child care facility who hold current child care qualifications, first aid certificates and are CRB checked for your reassurance, however we do stipulate that all children must be supervised by their responsible adults at all times, this is a family entertainment service only.

Question: Will there be a licensed bar?
Answer: Yes, there will be a licensed bar serving both alcoholic and soft drinks for you to enjoy. We are very strict about not serving minors so all drinks (including soft drinks) must be purchased by adults only and the venue reserves the right to refuse service if we consider someone to be under age or irresponsible whilst in the presence of minors. We will also only be serving drinks in plastic vessels rather than glass due to being precautionary in health and safety regarding the amount of minors in the venue to reduce the risk of any potential accidents occurring. And we would like to ask that no drinks be taken onto the dance floor at any time.

Question: Can I accompany a child if I am under 18 years of age?
Answer: No, this is a family event where minors MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 and over). If we suspect that you are under 18 years old we will request authentic I.D and have the right to refuse entry to anyone at the managements discretion.

Question: How many children per adult can have entry?
Answer: We request politely that there be a maximum of 3 children per accompanying adult. The reason for this is so that all children are reasonably supervised, if there are more than 3 children per adult it makes it very difficult to supervise for an individual.

Question: Is the premises a smoking environment?
Answer: No, all public indoor places are now no smoking including our venues, therefore there is a strict no smoking rule inside the venues. Anyone who is found to be smoking outside of the designated area will be asked to leave immeadiately along with any children or guests they are supervising.
